Photograph shows Ballarat SECV tram No. 28 running into the depot. The tram has a roof advert for Georgette Frock Salon, and front dash adverts for Dancing at the Civic Hall and briquettes, along with the destination of Gardens via Drummond St. North. See also items 9956 and 9957 - tram has possibly swapped over with No. 39.
