Historical information

This is a publication of the Vietnam Action Committee (VAC), a key Australian anti-war organisation formed in 1966 to oppose the Vietnam War and conscription. Based in Sydney, it was involved in publishing anti-war literature and organising the protests that led to the Moratoriums of the 1970s.

Physical description

A typed and then copied foolscap publication, 6 double- sided pages with a selection of articles and cartoons. Yellowed, aged paper and inconsistent inking throughout. Front page promotes a Conscription Protest March in Hyde Park, Sydney, Sunday 7th August 1966
