First constituted in 1901 the Royal Victorian Trained Nurses Association "introduced a uniform curriculum of training and examination to establish a benefit scheme for nurses and to generally promote the interests of nurses". Paper certificate with ornate blue border and red RVTNA paper seal which has the imprint of the Celtic Cross.

Inscriptions & markings

The printed certificate has Ethel Charles of St Vincents Hospital handwritten in black ink. The certificate has three sigatures of President, Member of Council and Honorary Secretary recorded.
