Physical description

A4 size internal memorandum on white paper, purple print heading- Bendigo Advertiser, blue signature at the bottom. B Baskett. MEMORANDUM To Mike Robson, Managing Director. Jack Dent, Executive Director (Finance). Rick Neville General Manager. From Bruce Baskett, General Manager. October 9, 1995.
Naturally we are a bit over the moon after winning the Meacham Award. Believe me, it is a very highly prized award among the regional dailies.
It has never been won by a Victorian paper before.
There are more comments about winning the award with B. Baskett signature.
Stapled to it is a cutting from the Albury Border Mail and a cutting from the Bendigo Advertiser referring to the award.

A similar memorandum From Mr. Bruce Baskett General Manager to Mr. Mike Robson Managing Director INL, August 26, 1996, referring to the Bendigo Advertiser winning the award in 1996 is included.
