Patch of the Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 12 (MALS-12), also known as the "Marauders" : an aviation logistics support unit of the United States Marine Corps, deployed in support of combat operations in Vietnam in May 1965. This item was collected by Warrant Officer Class 2 R P Matthews of the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps, who served in 161 (Independent) Reconnaissance Flight, Vietnam 22 Dec 1970 until 23 Dec 1971.
