A green coloured cardboard coer with black information on the front. Top right hand corner reads 7610-66-020-3147. Under the Australian Coat of Arms insignia are the details of the booklet. There are two rusty metal staples down the left hand side. The booklet is cover with a plastic cover and there is a white sticker with 363.32 A2884 AUS typed on it.
