Hand written note or timeline of the fitting of tail lights to trams written by T H Thomas from 2-11-1949 to 24/1/1950 setting out the instructions to depots, delivery of materials, inspection of installations, placing orders, issues obtaining batteries, and other materials, and the number of trams completed in each city as at 20-1-1950. Significance

Yields information about the modifications proposed to the tramcars to provide a rear tail light and lights when at a terminus.
