Summary
The 2/24 Battalion was a unit in the famous 9th Division of World War II. This story is told through the words of diggers and the Battalion records. Starts with its formation in Wangaratta, with the Battalion becoming known as 'Wangaratta's Own'. Continues with the siege of Tobruk and the battles of Alamein.
