The 10th AGM of the Rheumatism and Arthritis Association of Victoria (RAAV) was held at the College of Nursing, Australia, on the 1st of August, 1978. In this photo, the President and Medical Director of the Association, Dr Leslie Koadlow AO (1920-2006), addresses members of the Association from the podium during the event. The Presidential Address was published on page 8 of the Vol. 10, September 1978 issue of RAAV's quarterly newsletter, News Review.
