The 10th AGM of the Rheumatism and Arthritis Association of Victoria (RAAV) was held at the College of Nursing, Australia, on the 1st of August, 1978. In this photo, Executive Committee member, Frank Wyer, addresses members of the Association from the podium during the event. NB: The information on the inscription is incorrect. According to information in RAAV’s quarterly newsletter, News Review, Frank Wyer was not the President of the Association, but a member of the Executive Committee.
