On the 25th of September, 1991, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV), formerly the Rheumatism and Arthritis Association of Victoria (RAAV), held its 23rd AGM. This portrait of Dr Leslie Koadlow AO (1920-2006) was taken at the event to commemorate the occasion of Dr Koadlow having been re-elected as the President of the Foundation for the year 1991-92.
