On March 17 2004, the second of three Vietnamese seminars was held by Arthritis Victoria at the Springvale Senior Citizens Hall. The seminar was held in partnership with local Vietnamese groups and the City of Greater Dandenong Council. Arthritis Victoria's Cultural Diversity worker, Sharon Granek, coordinated the day along with representatives from the local Vietnamese groups and the council. In this photo, a leader from the Vietnamese community addresses seminar attendees. A slightly cropped version of this photo appears on page 20 of the Vol 17 Issue 2, Winter 2004 edition of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's quarterly magazine, Update. It accompanies a brief article titled, "Vietnamese Seminar".
