The Chronic Disease Self Management (CDSM) program was launched by the Minister for Veteran Affairs at the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's headquarters in Elsternwick. In this photo, the Mininster shakes hands with the CEO of Arthritis Victoria, Shirley Caulfield, after presenting her with a cheque to assist in funding the program.
