In November 1989, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria launched its "Children with Arthritis Family Support Group" brochure at the McDonald's restaurant in Deer Park. Depicted in this photo are Robert Daniel, Manager of McDonald's Deer Park, with Glen Arbuckle, one of the children attending the launch. This Photograph appears on page 12 of the Vol 2 No 4, November 1989 issue of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's quarterly magazine, Arthritis Update. It accompanies an article titled, "McDonald's and Pfizer help juvenile arthritis". It is also mentioned in the article that Glen Arbuckle had won the Pfizer Young Achievers' Award for Victoria that year.

Physical description

A man and a boy, both standing, pose for a photo in front of the counter of a fast food restaurant. The man (wearing a suit, shirt and tie), is carrying a tray of food and a drink. Next to him, the boy (wearing an "Australia" jumper with an Australian flag design within a large triangle) is using two walking sticks to support himself.
