Historical information

On Monday the 17th of April, 1989, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's Malvern Opportunity Shop held a fashion parade at the Malvern Valley Golf and Reception Centre. The fundraising event, which included a light luncheon and auction, was attended by around 70 people and raised $1,400 for the AFV. In this photo, Kay Doherty from the MS Society, acts as compere of the fashion parade as a section of the seated audience looks on. A different photo from the event appears in the July 1988 - June 1989 Annual Report.
