On Saturday, the 2nd of November 2002, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV), incorporating Osteoporosis Victoria (OV), held a Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) Information Day at the Carlton Crest Hotel. Titled 'The Way Forward', it was attended by around 550 people. In this photo, Arthritis Victoria's Tim Bryar leads the audience in some simple stretching exercises. A cropped version of this photo appears on page 21 of the Vol 16 Issue 1, Autumn 2003 edition of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's quarterly magazine, Update. It accompanies an article titled, "fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) information day" and sub-titled "The Way Forward". The photo is captioned: "Tim Bryar, Arthritis Victoria, leading a stretch break".
