In late 1999, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria celebrated the 20th anniversary of the opening of the Malvern Opportunity Shop. A celebration was held at AFV's headquarters in Elsternwick. This photo depicts groups of members and/or volunteers seated at tables during the event.
