In late 1999, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria celebrated the 20th anniversary of the opening of the Malvern Opportunity Shop. A celebration was held at AFV's headquarters in Elsternwick. This photo depicts (from right to left) Dot Mortensen, Maureen Reid, and one unidentified woman at the event.
