In preparation for the construction of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's new building at 263-265 Kooyong Rd, Elsternwick, an event was held on the 8th of December, 1993, to commemorate the pegging of the site. In this photo, Dr Leslie Koadlow (Foundation founder) and Marion Webster (ANZ Trustees) pose for a photo with a mallet above a peg that has been hammered into the ground.
