In preparation for the construction of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's new building at 263-265 Kooyong Rd, Elsternwick, an event was held on the 8th of December, 1993, to commemorate the pegging of the site. This photo depicts a close up of the wooden mallet and a wooden peg. On the mallet, there is a small plaque engraved with the text " "Pegging the site" 8th December '93 New Headquarters Arthritis Foundation of Victoria H & L Hecht Trust".
