In preparation for the construction of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's new building at 263-265 Kooyong Rd, Elsternwick, an event was held on the 8th of December, 1993, to commemorate the pegging of the site. In this photo, event guests gather for refreshments beneath a marquee, after the pegging of the site and official proceedings.
