Historical information
On the 27th of May, 1994, the foundation plaque of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's new headquarters was unveiled. Named the Percy Baxter Arthritis Centre, the official unveilling was conducted by the Premier of Victoria, the Honourable Jeff Kennett (1948-). Located at 263-265 Kooyong Rd, Elsternwick, the construction of the new building was nearing completion. In this photo, Dr Leslie Koadlow (Rheumatologist and Foundation founder), takes to the microphone while Premier Jeff Kennett, looks on.
Physical description
