This photo of a shop window display in Rochester was presented to Arthritis Victoria by Barabara Wolfe, a member of the Rochester Arthritis Support Group. The window display was organised to help promote 'Arthritis Awareness Week' (probably National Arthritis Week), which ran from the 30th of March to the 11h of April, 2000.
Physical description
COL photo of a shop window display. Among the items on display are a plastic skeleton on a vertical stand, books, brochures, information sheets, posters, and a VicHealth Masters Games promotional t-shirt. Affixed to the top of a bookshelf is a yellow cardboard sign, containing the text "Join our Joint Walk Tuesday 11th April 9:30am Lions' Park (near Water Tower) 10:30am Morning Tea (B.Y.O. snack & drink) Everyone Welcome Rochester Arthritis Support Group". Leaning against the bottom of the bookcase is a small wooden-framed blackboard, with the text "Arthritis Awareness Week 2nd - 8th April" written in chalk.
