On the 16th of April, 2002, Arthritis Victoria (AV) conducted a seminar in Wangaratta as part of its Rural And Regional Education (RARE) Program. Presenters at the seminar were AV's Tim Bryar with Rheumatologist, Geoff McColl, as the guest speaker. This photo depicts Geoff McColl making a slide presentation to a large audience.
