    Arthritis Self Management Course: Tai Chi (circa late 1990s - early 2000s)

Historical information

In the late 1990s to early 2000s, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV) held a Tai Chi class as part of its Arthritis Self Management program for exercise leaders. The class was held at AFV's headquarters in Elsternwick. This photo depicts class participants posing for a photo with the Tai Chi instructor, who is standing in the middle of the back row.
