In late 1999 to early 2000, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV) conducted a Self Management Program course at the Sunbury Community Health Centre. This photo depicts Self Management volunteer, Kearest Houston (somewhat illegible), with two others at the Sunbury Community Health Centre. A cropped black and white version of this photo appears on page 15 of the 2000 Annual Report, accompanying a report on the Self Management Program.
