    Self Help Groups - Annual Luncheon & Fashion Parade 1981

Historical information

On the 3rd of December, 1981, a Self Help Groups Annual Luncheon was held at the Palm Lake Motel in Albert Park. A fashion parade was held as part of the event. In this photo, Dot Mortensen and an unidentified woman are on the stage, about to draw the raffle. Another unidentified woman is standing near the prize table, ready to hand out one of the the prizes, while the MC waits on the floor below the stage.
