Historical information

On the 17th of January, 1990, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria partnered with VicHealth to hold a Parliamentary Bowling Carnival. The lawn bowls event was sponsored by the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth). This photo depicts a man on the bowling green, holding a bowl (the black ball used in lawn bowls). There is another bowl on the ground beside him.
