Historical information

In February 1989, Joan Guggenheim (from the Over 50s Table Tennis Association), conducted a table tennis clinic in Dandenong on behalf of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria. This photo depicts Joan coaching two beginners in how to use the racquet or bat (also known as a 'paddle' in the USA) to either serve or make a stroke.
