Historical information

"Tai Chi for Arthritis" classes with Dr Paul Lam was an initiative of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV) in the late 1990s. This photo depicts Dr Paul Lam leading the inaugural Tai Chi for Arthritis Leaders' Training workshop. The three day workshop, held at Arthritis Victoria in November 1997, was attended by 17 people from Melbourne and rural Victoria. Another photo from this event appears on page 13 of the 1998 Annual Report, accompanying a brief article on the event.
