In the late 1990s, Arthritis Victoria undertook a challenge to increase its membership. Consequently, a telemarketing team was engaged to help reach the proposed membership target. This photo depicts some of the telemarketing team on a tea/coffee break in the kitchen at Arthritis Victoria.
