The 5th Battalion, Victorian Scottish Regiment was amalgamated into the Royal Victoria Regiment in 1960. The heritage of this Australian Infantry unit is maintained today by the Pipes and Drums of the 5th/6th Battalion, the Royal Victoria Regiment

Significance

The only known photograph of these Pipe Majors together.
