Set of two documents signed by Keith Fitzmaurice about the formation of the PTC from the MTA and the STA, the proposed introduction of an automated ticketing system, redundancies, the 1989 state budget, and implementation of improved rolling stock, and seeking co-operation of staff and unions. The PTC was formed on 1/7/1989 - see reference. One letter is undated, the second 7/9/1989.
