Newspaper clipping from the North West City News reporting on the planned rebuilding of the Victoria St and Elizabeth St intersection during Oct. 6 to Oct. 27 to provide an east west line across Elizabeth St. Reports on service changes proposed and possible changes to trams stops. On the reverse of the cutting is an item about the removal of the Haymarket roundabout proposed by a stakeholders group. The drawing shows a tram connection between Royal Parade and Peel St.

Significance
