Physical description
Kew Public Offices, built 1888, and including a post office, court house and police station. The bird's eye view shows the buildings bordered by High Street and Cotham Roads. The photo postdates 1897 when the Queen Victoria Jubilee Fountain was constructed in front of the post office.
