Booklet titled "Northcote Municipal Tramways - Employees' Regulations", providing all the rules and procedures to cable tram employees of the Northcote Municipality. The City operated the cable tram from Clifton Hill to Northcote from June 1916 to Feb. 1920 when it was absorbed into the MMTB. Has a table of contents.
