Historical information

Photo shows J class tram No. 82 picking up a passenger at an unmarked stop in Dandenong Road before the Wattletree road junction. The tram has the destination of Wattletree Rd with a sign under the driver's window, "via Windsor". The photo is taken from the top of an overhead tower wagon. The tram later was sold to Ballarat where it ran as No. 16.
