The photographs show Ballarat 18 carrying a signboard for the Ballarat Jaycees, asking people to "Keep Ballarat Beautiful". Tram is south or east bound in Wendouree Parade. Photo Mal Rowe 1/1/70. The second photo, was used on page 56 in Keith Kings 1971 book "Ballarat Tramways."
