Historical information
The photograph shows the interior of the saloon of Ballarat tram No. 20 - with wooden-backed seats and an upholstered base along with an SECV advert. This tram was demolished in Sept 1970 after a collision with a truck. The photo was used on page 42 in Keith Kings 1971 book "Ballarat Tramways."
