Physical description

Plastic and sticky tape covered journal. Cover of journal is dark blue with gold and white logo and writing. Journal held together with staples and plastic twine threaded through middle. There is much sticky tape used on front and back covers. Inside front cover are two added photographs, one of a man, other of a woman. Captions name them as: Dr J[?] W Springthorpe and Miss L. Crocker. There are small red dot stickers marking various parts of text throughout the journal and page 207 has a glued in double sided page (13 & 14) from same journal December/January 1969.
