21/10/1968 four-page copy of the address to the Bendigo City Council on 21/10/1968 by National Trust for the retention of various post-type verandahs with cast-iron ornamentation across the city
22/10/1968 letter to National Trust, from the Town Clerk, advising the motion to exempt the various verandahs/properties will be put to Council's next meeting
23/10/1968 letter from the Town Clerk of the Borough of Eaglehawk regarding the Victoria Hotel verandah, advising Council considered the/his report and resolved to exempt the hotel from the by-law
