Physical description
National Trust - A two-page report (in letter form dated 14 August 1969) to Councillors following Councils inspection on 3rd July of the verandahs/properties to 15 properties as referred to Council regarding the retention of these post verandahs. The letter lays out six proposed conditions on the retention of these verandahs, and that the owners be advised of four conditions under which the post/cast-iron verandahs will be exempt of the By-Law 102.
The letter is compiled on unusual thin typing paper, beige on the face page and white on the rear.
