3097.11A 11/08/1969 signed letter to National Trust of Australia, Bendigo Branch from Borough of Eaglehawk advising the Shire could not agree to exempt the verandah to the Hall from Council's By-Law
3097.11B 21/09/1971 letter from the National Trust of Australia, Bendigo Branch to the Secretary of the M.U.I.O.O.F. Hall advising that an inspection by the Trust considers the "verandah with its unique cast iron decoration is well worth preserving".
3097.11C 2/11/1972 letter from the National Trust of Australia, Victoria Branch to the Secretary of the M.U.I.O.O.F. Hall advising that the Shire is on the point of enforcing it ByLaw requiring the verandah to the Hall be removed and suggesting further action is required to protect this verandah
