Standard issue item as used by Australian servicemen during the conflict in Vietnam. From a collection of items that were issued to National Serviceman Barry James Lewis, Service # 4721403, who served in the Australian Army Catering Corps, Detachment, 5th Australian Services Canteen Organisation, in Vietnam from 10 Nov 1970 until 21 Oct 1971.

Physical description

A green plastic water bottle with an attached screw lid. Bottle is stored in a green canvas pouch with two flaps that close with heavy press studs. A silver pannikin is stuck inside the pouch. (Unable to be removed)
