Weston Arthur Bate OAM was an Australian historian and previous president of the Royal Historical Society of Victoria. Dr Olwen Ford is a historian, author and long-term Sunshine resident. Bob Parsons is a long-term Sunshine resident and business owner, who's grandparents worked with HV McKay and his family in the 1920s.
