'Bendigo Advertiser' article, 24th February, 1995, titled 'Mine refurbishment on track'. Content of article: Bendigo Mining is undertaking 'a drive to refurbish the Central Deborah Gold Mine'. Works include replacing timbers, decking, skyshafts, repairs to the poppet head and general servicing and repairs. It was estimated that the cost would be $70,000. Photo in article shows Geoff Brownfield, project manager at the Central Deborah Gold Mine, standing alongside lengths of timber being hoisted on site.
