The nursing registration regulations in 1926 required all nurse trainees to receive instruction on invalid, convalescent and home cookery post-graduation. Most institutions required this certificate for their nursing positions. The certificate was signed by Dorothy de Giles, Teacher in Charge and Fred W Green, Director.
