Rosalind Marshall (nee Hardman) was a volunteer civilian radiographer in Bien Hoa South Vietnam. Rosalind Marshall a radiographer treated the young boy. It appeared he was treated by "Chinese medicine". He had a simple fractured of the elbow. When he reached the medical centre the fracture was displaced and he had shocking burns to his arm.
