Historical information

Photograph shows 12 employees standing on and in front of the tramcar. None are in uniform. No. 3 is in PMTT livery with 'Municipal Tramways' partially in view, destination 'Special' and has its trolley pole raised. A double storey brick building is in the immediate background. Twenty A class drop-end cars were built by Duncan and Fraser, Adelaide in 1910-11 for PMTT when it opened in 1910.
