Historical information

The Homeleigh School was located at 309 Riversdale Road, Hawthorn. After three years of study at their training school, nurses were then required to undertake theory and practical lessons in invalid cookery. Homeleigh School was recognized by the Royal Victorian Nurses Association and the Nurses board for this further education.
